Our Process

Application Day 1

Over the phone, by email or by internet, your application is assessed, indicatively approved and progressed towards full approval

Approval Days 1-2

Supporting documentation as requested is reviewed, assessed and when acceptable, a formal offer letter is issued for your further action

Loan Agreement Days 3-4

Review and accept the formal offer letter. If you wish to take-up the offer, the loan agreement will be ordered and issued to your nominated legal firm

Settlement Days 5-7

When the loan agreement has been signed, supporting documentation finalised, your loan is booked-in and prepared for settlement

Loans are offered throughout Australia including capitals, regionals, coastals with all postcodes considered. Our clients are directors and guarantors of Companies and Corporate Trustees.

We work closely with our business clients and have done so for 30 years! Loans are secured by residential dwellings, commercial buildings, vacant land lots and development land.

Interest rates and fees for privately funded loans are competitive, can be included in your loan together with monthly interest payments. Amounts that may be payable upfront include valuations, terms sheet and legal fee deposits.

Our Financial Solutions

1st mortgages, 2nd mortgages to purchase property and land, construct property and develop land, release equity from property and land, refinance expired loans, revalue existing securities to extend for new loan terms, establish lines of credit (LOC) against existing equity and much more.

1st Mortgages

Loans secured by 1st mortgage (resi) available up-to 80% on metro property located in Bris, Syd and Melb. Loans secured by 1st mortgage available up-to 75% across all capitals.

2nd Mortgages

Loans secured by 2nd mortgage available up-to 75% on property available across all capitals. Up-to 80% (min $500k loan amount required) & behind private 1st mortgagees too.

Purchase Property & Land

Purchase property up-to 75%, purchase vacant land up-to 65%, purchase vacant land with DA up-to 75%. Purchase property using a blend of mortgages up-to 80% (min $500k).

Property & Land Development

We offer specialised funding for property and land development projects, providing the capital necessary to bring your vision to life.

Commercial

Our commercial loans support businesses looking to acquire or develop commercial properties, ensuring you have the resources to prosper.

Residential

Our residential loans with above-market lvr's are available across Australia to company directors wishing to grow their businesses and wealth.
